What Is Molybdenum Bar?
Molybdenum bar is made from 99.95% pure molybdenum with excellent mechanical and physical properties such as high temperature resistance, good thermal and electrical conductivity, and low thermal expansion coefficient, which is mainly used in steel-making additives and in the furnace industry for radiation screens, elements, and sintering trays.

Molybdenum Bar Surface Conditions
There are several surface finishes – 1)black surface, the surface is “as swaged" or "as drawn", retaining a coating of processing lubricants and oxides; 2)cleaned, it means surface is chemically cleaned to remove all lubricants and oxides; 3)shiny finish, it means surface is lathe shinny or polished.
