1.Air content of the material

3.Hardness of the material
There was no requirement for the hardness of tungsten copper material regardless of been using in cooling element of electronic devices or contacts of electronic device vacuum switch tubes.But it can’t be used as an ideal material if the hardness is too low or too high.

4.Copper content of the material
Tungsten and copper in the tungsten copper material can’t form into neither alloy nor compound, but exist by way of the respective monomers. Therefore, it is a typical two-phase composite. It means that the higher the copper content is, the lower the hardness and electrical conductivity will be.
